Your comments have been addressed as follows: 1. We have revised the map to provide the required additional 4 1/2 feet of right -of -way. We are in the process of obtaining the owner's signature and notary on the Statutory Warranty Deed and Real Estate Excise Tax Affidavit. A legal description and map exhibit have been completed and a copy of these documents are enclosed for your reference. 2. The signed and notarized Statutory Warranty deed will be returned to the City for further processing 3. We have verified that the legal owner name is Open Frame, LLC and have changed all documents accordingly. 4. All sheets of the Boundary Line Adjustment map are signed and dated by the Land Surveyor. 5. The additional right -of -way dedication area on Lot 2 is shown on Sheet 2 of the Boundary Line Adjustment map. 6.
