Mr. Singh has decided to withdraw his short plat application and has requested a refund of his land use application fee. A copy of his letter requesting withdrawal of his project is also attached. The Department of Community Development requests that you refund $400.00 to Mr. Singh of the $500.00 overall fee. In that conversation, you indicated that you were going to withdraw the proposed short plat application. If you wish to withdraw the application, please provide a written request to the Department of Community Development., including your request for a refund of application fees If you wish to continue with the short plat application, I need to add an item to those that were missing from your original application materials.
