Call from "jim sprot?" regarding the short plat surface water. I talked to Ryan Larson who said the 1998
KCSWDM applies as of today. We will go to the DOE manual around the beginning of 2007, probably.
Told Mr. Sprot the above and that the project could direct discharge. Gave him Ryan's name and number
and Joanna's name and number.

RE: The Homesteads at Foster Point BLA

Dear Mr. Heistuman:
Your application for a boundary line adjustment located at 13302 56 Avenue South has been found
to be complete on September 30, 2005 for the purposes of meeting state mandated time
requirements. This notice of complete application applies only to the permit identified above.
This determination of complete application does not preclude the ability of the City to require that
you submit additional plans or information, if in our estimation such information is necessary to
ensure the project meets the substantive requirements of the City or to complete the review process. I
do have a few comments:
1. See attached redlines.
2. Identify the closest fire hydrant to the property.
3. Location of the septic system will likely need to be identified prior to sign off by the KC
Health Department.
If you have any questions about the corrections feel free to call me at (206) 433 -7141.
