1. The BLA map needs to be updated as follows:
A. Existing and proposed lot lines shall be drawn solid with new lines called out
and lot limes to be removed shall be shown dashed. Do not use a highlighter
on the plans.
B. Remove the growth management information on sheet one of two.

2. When you resubmit please cut the survey down and do not include extra materials.

1. Please provide separate easement documents for the side sewer, utility and storm
drainage. Each easement should include a drawing along with the legal description.
2. The storm drainage easement shown on sheet 2 of 2 should benefit Lot 2, rather than
Lot 1.
