Greetings:
We have received and reviewed the documentation you submitted on November 9, 2005.
Public Works has the following comments:
1. Separate ingress /egress, utilities, and maintenance agreements should be
provided and recorded at King County.
2. Boundary Line Adjustment Survey Map — complete BLA No. L05 -068.
3. The legal description for Parcel B has a typographical error. The error appears
in the last line as follows:
"ROAD PURPOSES BY DEEDS RECORDED UNDER RECORDING
NUMBERS 2978340 AND 297837344."
Please remove the extra "73" that appears in that sentence, as shown in bold,
above.
The Fire Department has the following comment:
4. Please show a 20 -foot wide fire lane with a turnaround as indicated in orange
on page 2 of 2 on the Boundary Line Adjustment Survey Map.
The Planning Department has no additional comments.
Next Step:
Please make the revisions requested in Items 1 through 4 above. Prior to resubmittal, the
revised Survey Map should be signed and notarized by the property owners and signed

and stamped by the surveyor. Once the revised map is submitted, we will route it to the
Chairman of the Subdivision Committee for signature. We will then return the original

Public Works Department and the Department of Community Development. Please contact each Department if
