The City of Tukwila received a boundary line adjustment (BLA) application for the above referenced property. You are listed as the adjacent property owner according to King County Assessor's office. I had previously mailed you a copy of the BLA that was recorded in 1990 and also a copy of the proposed BLA. Since the 1990 document was not stamped by a licensed surveyor, the current boundary line adjustment would formalize the west corners of your property. If you have any questions related to the BLA and your property corners please contact the neighboring property owner or their surveyor. You had requested that you want a letter from the city indicating that the proposed BLA will not impact the development of your lot. As I stated on the phone, the development of your lot will need to address the issues related to access, wetlands /watercourses, steep slopes and other geotechnical issues regardless of the proposed BLA. The proposed BLA is keeping the intent of the 1990 BLA however some dimensions of your east property line have changed minimally since the 1990 was not stamped by a licensed surveyor. If you have any questions related to the BLA and your property corners please contact the neighboring property owner or their surveyor.
