ASSOCIATED GROCERS, INCORPORATED, a cooperative aaeo-
cietion, organised under the laws of the State of Washington,
for and In consideration of the sum of Ten Dollars ($10.00) end
other consideration of value, hereby grants and conveys to
SAMMAMISM COMMERCIAL CO., INC.; a Washington corporation, a non -
exoluaive eaeement for the benefit of the grantor and others for
road purposes, for underground storm and sanitary sewers, and
for other utilities, over; under end across the property of the
grantor in King County, Washington, more particularly described
se follows:
And grantor grants and conveys to grantee a non - exclusive ease-
• sent for the benefit of the grantor and others for the installation
of a sewer pumping or lift facility over, under and across the
property of the :grantor in King County, Washington, more partic-
ularly described as follows:
The south 50 feet of the north 80 feet of the
.west 50 feet of the east 80 feet of the southwest
quarter of the southeast quarter of Section 26,
Township 23 North, Range 4 E.W.M.
The easements above recited are granted subject to all
other easements, rights of way, or other encumbrance, whether of
record or not, and grantor makes no warranties of any kind of
title, description or otherwlee.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF this instrument has been executed
this 23rd day of June, 1966.

HARRY HENKE, JR., to me !mown to be the president and secretary,
respectively, of Associated Grocers, Incorporated,. the corporation
that executed the foregoing instrument, and acknowledged the said
instrument to be the free and voluntary act and deed of said cor-
poration for the purposes therein mentioned, and on oath stated
that they were authorized to execute the said instrument and that
the seal affixed is the corporate seal of slid corporation.
