The boundary lines of lots 3, 9, and 10 of the above referenced
plat are adjusted as follows:
LOT 9
As set forth in the legal description attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
The boundary lines of Lots 3 and 10, adjacent to Lot 9, are
adjusted to conform with the boundary lines of Lot 9 as shown,
on Page 3.
DECLARATION:
Know all men by these presents that we, the undersigned, owner(s) in
fee simple of the land herein described do hereby make a boundary line
adjustment to the lots hereinabove described in the Plat of Southcenter
South Industrial Park as recorded in Volume 97 of Plats, pages 22 to 25,
records of. King County, Washington. The undersigned further declare
this boundary line adjustment is made with the free consent and'in accor-
dance with the desire of the owner(s).
