RE: Southcenter South, BLA -3 -77
Dear Mr. Fluhrer:
Please be advised that Addendum "A" to the above BLA is revised to delete
any requirements on the location of the road and requirements for said
future road to be a public road, all being on present lot #10.
As stated in your letter of June 10, 1977, these factors will be reviewed
and decided after the owner has applied for a short subdivision on the lot.
It should be restated, however, that it is felt any further boundary line
adjustments would be considered to be subverting the intent of the subdi-
vision code and will not be allowed.

Dear Gary:
Enclosed you will find the approved boundary line adjustment to
lots #10 and #11 in the Southcenter South Industrial Park. Note
the Addendum "A" attached to the BLA.
If future building is contemplated on Lot #10, I sincerely urge
the owners to begin thinking of subdivision as early as possible
in order to avoid timing and design problems later on. As condi-
tioned in BLA -3 -77, no further boundary line adjustments will be
approved for lots #9 - 12 without subdivision. Since the door to
this alternative has been closed for these lots, the owners would
maximize their flexibility through subdivision if more than one
building were to be proposed for lot #10.

The boundary lines of Lots 11, 12, and 13 of the above
referenced plat are adjusted as follows:
LOT 11
As set forth in the legal description attached hereto as
Exhibit A.
The boundary lines of Lot 10, adjacent to Lot 11, are
adjusted to conform with the boundary lines of Lot 11
as shown on Page 3.
DECLARATION:
Know all men by these presents that we, the undersigned, owner(s) in
fee simple of the land herein described do hereby make a boundary line, to the lots hereinabove described in the Plat of Southcenter
South Industrial Park as recorded in Volume 97 of Plats, pages 22 to 25,
records of King County, Washington. The undersigned further declare
this boundary line adjustment is made with the free consent and in accor-
dance with the desire of the owner(s).

Boundary Line Adjustment No. BLA -3 -77
Southcenter South Industrial Plat
,The approval of said boundary line adjustment is contingent upon this
Exhibit which is attached to and incorporated as an integral part of
the approval.
The Public Works' approval is contingent upon no further boundary line
adjustments for Lots 9, 10, 11 and 12 without subdivision.
Provisions will be made in future subdivisions of Lot 10 as approved
in this boundary line adjustment for a public road whose northerly
boundary will be the southerly boundary line of Lot 11. Such road shall
be a public road constructed to City of Tukwila Department of Public
Works Standards at no cost to the City of Tukwila and dedicated to the
City of Tukwila for public use.
