The Public Works Department has reviewed the legal descrip- tion for accuracy and has approved the application. Inas- much as the stipulation recommended by the Planning Commis- sion regarding issuance of building permits on lots 8 - 11 is anticipated to be so included in the City Council approval of the Final Plat, I recommend approval of this application... Boeing, Jr. The conveyance to Mr. Boeing will allow him to construct a roadway and utilities, to be dedicated to the City,adjacent to the south line of our plat. in accordance with the Sale Agreement previously forwarded to you. The application contains the legal description for the adjusted area and a print delineating the area graphically. The Declaration has been duly executed on behalf of Union Pacific Land Resources Corporation. Your review and approval of the Boundary Line Adjustment is requested.
