LEGAL DESCRIPTION
BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT
715-011
Lot 16 and that portion of Lot 15, as shown on the Plat of Southcenter South
Industrial Park, as recorded in volume 97 of plats, pages 22, 23, 24 and 25,
described as follows:
Beginning at the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence North 11 °23'50" East
along the west line of said Lot 16, a distance of 500.00 feet, to the north-
west corner thereof; thence South 78 °36'10" East along the North line of Lot
16, a distance of 310.00 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence North
11 °23'50" East a distance of 248.25 feet; thence North 78 °36'10" East, a dis-
tance of 320.00 feet; thence .South 11°23'50" West a distance of 748.25 feet
to the north line of Todd Boulevard, as shown on said Plat; thence South
78 °36'10" East along said north line, a distance of 10.00 feet to the True
Point of Beginning.
ADDENDUM "A"
Boundary Line Adjustment No. BLA -5 -77
Southcenter South Industrial Plat
The approval of this boundary line adjustment is contingent upon
this Addendum which is attached to and incorporated as an
integral part of the approval.
1. Dedication of public right -of -way, 60 feet in width, 30
feet on east side of Tract #16 and 30 feet on west side
of Tract #17.
2. Grant 10 -foot wide utility easement on both sides of right-
of -way.
3. Said right -of -way shall extend from the south corner com-
mon to Tracts #16 and 17 to the north line of Tract #16.
4. Westerly extension of said right -of -way along north line
of Tract 16 to serve the westerly portion of Tract #15 or
cul -de -sac at northeast corner of Tract #16; whichever is
required by. Public Works Department prior to further de-
velopment proposals on Tracts 15 or 17.
