LEGAL DESCRIPTION
BOUNDARY LINE ADJUSTMENT
Lot 15 of the Plat of Southcenter South Industrial Park as
recorded in Volume 97 of Plats, pages 22 through 25.
Less the west 30' thereof and less that portion of the follow-
ing described land lying within said Lot 15:.
Beginning, at the southwest corner of said Lot 16; thence North
11 °23'50" East along the west line of said Lot 16, a distance.
of 500.00 feet, to the northwest corner thereof; thence South
78 °36'10" East along the North line of Lot 16, a distance
of 310.00 feet to the northeast corner thereof; thence North
11 °23'50" East a distance of 248.25 feet; thence North 78036'10"
East, a distance of 320.00 feet; thence South 11 °23'50" West
a distance of 748.25 feet to the north line of Todd Boulevard,
as shown on said Plat; thence South 78 °36'10" East along said
north line, a distance of 10.00 feet to the True'Point of

This letter will 'confirm your discussions with our counsel,
Gary E. Fluhrer of Foster, Pepper & Riviera, regarding the
boundary line adjustments submitted for Lots 13, 14 and 15.
We agree not to construct a northerly extension of Olympic
Avenue South beyond Todd Boulevard, nor to construct improve-
ments upon Lots 14 and 15 without first submitting and obtaining
approval of a short plat or BSIP for Lots 14 and 15 and the ex-
tension of Olympic Avenue South. While it is clear that Olympic
Avenue South will have to be extended northerly at some time,
submittal of a short plat or BSIP for Lots 14 and 15 defining
how far Olympic will be extended at this time is premature be-
cause the development plans for Lots 14 and 15 are not finalized.
These plans cannot be finalized until purchasers or users for
Lots 14 and 15 are available and make their needs known. At
that time, a short plat and BSIP for Lots 14 and 15 will be sub-
mitted for your consideration and approval.
