Minutes 24 February 1977
Mr. Don Olson, architect, stated his major concern with the Staff's recom-
mendation is that the tenant who will occupy the south end of the building
needs the truck door indicated and will only use 30 -foot trucks.
Chairman Kirsop noted this problem had been discussed on other site plans
in this vicinity and also noted the size of trucks cannot be enforced.
Mr. Olson also stated potential use of parking in rear of building for
employees and desires to maintain it. Stated he would have to confer
with his client before eliminating the truck door on the south end of
the building and requested the Commission delay action.
Motion by Mr. Bowen, seconded by Mr. West and carried to table action on
this matter to allow the applicant time to respond.
