Gentlemen:
This office has reviewed the site plan submitted for the above -
referenced project.
Insofar as the number of parking spaces provided is essentially
the minimum required by the Tukwila Zoning Code and the curb -cut
on South 152nd, when revised in accordance with recent stipula-
tions of other departments will affect the proposed parking spaces
in that immediate vicinity, I must request a revised site plan be
submitted in order to facilitate effective review by this office.

APARTMENT COMPLEX @ Macadam & 152nd
The site plan indicates 81 units and 122 parking spaces.
Code requires minimum of 122 spaces for 81' units. Fire
Department has indicated revisions to both curb cuts which
results in reduction of parking spaces below the minimum
Code requirement.
I am unable to approve the plan without assurance that at
least 122 useable parking spaces will be provided. That
can be accomplished by revision of the site plan.-
