I. GRANTOR. The undersigned Grantor. PATTI L. MEYERS, is the
duly appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the Estate of Nicholas C.
I.aV'oy, Deceased.
2. ESTATE. NICIIOLAS C. LAVOY ("Decedent ") died April 20.
1995 and PATTI L MEYERS was appointed Personal Representative on May I I, 1095
in the State of Washington Superior Court for King County in Cause No. 95 -4 02096 -5
SEA ( "probate proceedings ").

on May 11, 1995 in the probate proceedings, Grantor was authorized to settle the Estate
without further court intervention or supervision.
4. DESCRIBED PROPERTY. Included among the property of the

property described as follows (the "Described Property "):

separate property, PATTI S. MEYERS. as her separate property. SALLI TUCKER, as
her separate property. CHRISTOPHER A. LOCKER, as is separate property, CRAIG N.

Described Property. which interest represents all of the Decedent's interest in such
property at the time of his death.
