PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S DEED
The undersigned Grantor, LEO P. PRIMACIO, as the duly
appointed, qualified and acting Personal Representative of the

not in Grantor's individual capacity, hereby grants, bargains,
sells, conveys and confirms to RICHARD KANANI PRIMACIO, the

No. 1, according to the plat recorded in Volume 12 of
Plats, page 64, records of said county; LESS portion
conveyed to Northern Pacific Railway by deeds recorded
under Auditor's File Nos. 426499 and 426500.
