APPLICATION SUBMITTAL In order to ensure that your application is accepted for plan review, please make sure to fill
out the application completely and follow the plan submittal checklist on the reverse side of this form. A completed
"Mechanical Permit Fee Worksheet" must accompany this permit application. Handouts are available at the Building
counter which provide more detailed Information on application and plan submittal requirements. Application and
plans must be complete in order to be accepted for clan review.
BUILDING OWNER / AUTHORIZED AGENT If the applicant is other than the owner, registered architectengineer, or
contractor licensed by the State of Washington, a notarized letter from the property owner authorizing the agent
to submit this permit application and obtain the permit will be required as part of this submittal.
VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION The valuation is for the work covered by this permit and must be filled in by the
applicant. This figure is used for budget reporting purposes only and not to calculate your fees.
EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of
application shall expire by limitation. • The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a
period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform
Mechanical Code (current edition). No application shall be extended more than once.

service. Side access panels are removable for servicing in place
through adjacent 2x4 (1. ceiling tiles. In addition, the hinged
supply /return grills ease routine maintenance, such as filler

minicomputer environment within specifications, This is clue, in

mini-temp- model is UL listed.
• Accurate cooling control. Thermostat continually samples
temperature to regulate the individual system and autnmm•
Iicaily brings on cooling as needed. Optional reheat and huntidi•
tier are available for total environmental control.
Other standard controls includes a 24•voll control power
transformer, fan motor contactor and compressor contactor
in contpressorisecl models, plus a terminal strip and wiring for
optional reheat coil and humidifier.

the high efficiency hermetic compressor has an internal muffler
and springs for quiet, vibrationless performance. In addition,
the compressor rests on rubber isolators in an acoustically
