VALUATION OF CONSTRUCTION The valuation is for the work covered by this permit and must be filled in by the applicant. This figure is used for budget reporting purposes only and not to calculate your fees. EXPIRATION OF PLAN REVIEW Applications for which no permit is issued within 180 days following the date of application shall expire by limitation. ' The Building Official may extend the time for action by the applicant for a period not exceeding 180 days upon written request by the applicant as defined in Section 304(d) of the Uniform Mechanical Code (current edition). Maintain sprinkler protection for all enclosed areas. (NFPA 13, 4- 1.1.1) (UFC 10.302) (HVAC equipment and /or ducts over 4' wide may obstruct sprinkler protection. Provide protection over and under such obstructions.) All sprinkler drawings shall be prepared by companies licensed to perform this type of work. Drawings shall first be approved by the Washington Survey & Rating Bureau, Factory Mutual Engineering or Industrial Risk Insurers, then by the Tukwila Fire Department. No sprinkler work shall commence without approved drawings. (City Ordinance #1528 & NFPA 13, 1 -9.1) (UFC 10.305) 2. H.V.A.C. units rated at 2,000 cfm require auto- shutdown devices.
