No changes will be made to plans unless approved by Architect and Tukwila Building Department. 2. Plumbing permit to be obtained through King County Health Department and plumbing will be inspected by that agency (including all gas piping). 3. Electrical work to be inspected by State Electrical Inspectors and all required electrical permits obtained through that agency. 4. All permits to be posted at job site prior to start of any construc- tion. 5. Any exposed insulation backing material to have Flame Spread Rating of 25 or less. 6. R.A.G. to be ducted directly to R.T.U. above - ceiling area may not be used as a R.A. Plenum. R.A.G. to be provided with fire damper. 7. Kitchen hood location on schematic HVAC layout, shall be located where indicated on approved building permit drawings. 8. All individual flues that penetrate rated ceiling assembly shall be enclosed in 1 -HR F.R. enclosure from ceiling line through roof deck. 9. Hood exhaust ducts shall be installed in 1 -HR F.R. enclosure per detail on approved Building Permit drawings. Fire protection system shall be installed in kitchen hood and ducts as required by Tukwila Fire Depart- ment. Details are outlined in letter of February 10, 1989, under building permit #5552. 10. Automatic shutoff for rooftop A.H.U. is required per U.M.C. Sec 1009(a) & (b). 11. All construction to be done in conformance with approved plans and requirements of the Uniform Building Code (1985 Edition), Uniform Mechanical Code (1985 Edition), Washington State Energy Code (1986 Edition), and Washington State Regulations for Barrier Free Facility (1986 Edition). 12. The issuance or granting of a permit or approval of plans, specifica- tions and computations shall not be construed to be a permit for, or an approval of, any violation of the provisions of this code or of any other ordinance of this jurisdiction. No permit presuming to give authority to violate or cancel the provisions of this Code shall be invalid. U.B.C. Sec. 303(c).
