upon TENANTS compliance with LANDLORD'S comments and shall
not be construed so as to hold LANDLORD liable for either the archi-
tectural and engineering design of the PREMISES or the accuracy of
the information contained in TENANTS Drawings. Should any con-
flict arise between any of TENANTS Drawings and the lease, the

ADDITIONAL NOTES
O 1. It shall be TENANTS responsibility to verify all existing construction and equipment and to upgrade or
replace same to comply with the more stringent of 1) governing building codes, 2) the Federal Occupa-
tional Safety and Health Act (OSHA) and regulations promulgated thereunder, 3) all laws, ordinances and
regulations of applicable State, City, and local health departments and utility companies, 4) the require-
ments of LANDLORD'S fire and casualty insurer, or 5) the provisions of the lease.
7 2. In the event LANDLORD does not permit or TENANT cannot or elects not to reuse any portion of the
existing construction or equipment including, but without limitation, conduit, ductwork, piping and HVAC
equipment, TENANT shall, at TENANT'S expense, remove such construction or equipment and thereafter
make all repairs to the roof or other related portions of the PREMISES as may be required by LANDLORD.
All disused piping and open connections below the finished floor or behind finished walls shall be sealed
in accordance with LANDLORD'S requirements.
O 3. In the event that LANDLORD permits TENANT to reuse all or a portion of any existing HVAC system(s),
TENANT shall employ a qualified contractor to verify, by written confirmation to LANDLORD, that such
HVAC system(s) is fully operable and in conformance with LANDLORD'S design criteria as provided in
the Tenant Manual. If any portion of TENANTS HVAC system(s) is not fully operable or does not conform
to LANDLORD'S design criteria, TENANT shall, at TENANTS expense, have Its contractor repair or replace
same to comply therewith and thereafter provide LANDLORD with written confirmation thereof.
)I7 4. Sign. This review does not include TENANTS storefront sign. Prior to beginning fabrication of TENANTS
storefront sign, TENANTS sign fabricator shall submit shop drawings to LANDLORD for approval in
accordnance with Exhibit C of the Lease.
>p 5. Sprinkler. Prior to performing any sprinkler work, TENANTS sprinkler contractor shall submit a minimum of
seven (7) blueline prints of sprinkler shop drawings to the following for approval:
