In the event LANDLORD does not permit or TENANT cannot or elects not to reuse any portion of the existing construction or equipment including, but without limitation, conduit, ductwork, piping and HVAC equipment, TENANT shall, at TENANT'S expense, remove such construction or equipment and thereafter make all repairs to the roof or other related portions of the PREMISES as may be required by LANDLORD. All disused piping and open connections below the finished floor or behind finished walls shall be sealed in accordance with LANDLORD'S requirements. O 3.
