EASEMENT FOR WATER PIPELINE

THE Grantor , Count' of King, State of Washington,
does hereby grant to WATER DISTRICT NO. 75, King County,
Washington, a municipal corporation, Grantee, its successors
and assigns, an easement and right -of -way over, through,
under, across, upon end in the following described prop-
erty situated in King County, Washington, to -wit: The South 30 feet
of the following described property situate in King County, Washington:
Section 35, T 23 N, R 4 E: beginning at the west one - quarter corner, thence
south 87 ° 36' E. 960 feet, thence So. 53 ° 24'59" W. 727.57 feet, thence So.
38 ° 42'2" E. 1144.63 feet, thence So. 4 ° 4' W. 490 feet, thence No. 87 W.
1238.31 feet, thence No. 5 E. 1215.11 feet to the point of beginning.
TOGETHER - WITFI that portion of the N. 400 feet of the SEl;.of the SSE' of
Section 34, T 23 N, R 4 E, W.M. lying east of Old Military Road and of
Orillia Road extension, less roads and less state highway.
Said property is commonly known as Tax Lot 37 according to the records
of the King County Assessor and lies between Primary State Highway No. ] on
the west, 57th ;venue South on the east, and approximately South 190th Street
extended on the south.
for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and /or
replacement of a water pipeline and appurtenances thereto,
together with the right of ingress and egress to and from
aaid easement for all purposes necessary and related there-
to.
In the event it should become necessary for the
Water District to relocate the water mains upon Grantor's
property, the same shall be at the sole expense of Water
Di't'ict No. 71.
This easement is granted with the understanding
that the property affected will be returned to a c':idition
equal to its original condition upon completion of any
construction. The Grantee agrees to inci'u,oify and save
harmless the Gre:ator from any liability or damage . ccruing
to the Grantor arising from the act or act:. of the G/ antee .
