A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF TUKWILA, WASHINGTON, ADDING THE
POSITION OF CITY ATTORNEY TO THE NON
REPRESENTED EMPLOYEE SALARY SCHEDULE AND
AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 1198.
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to convert the existin contract employee
position of City Attorney to function at the department head level as a full -time
employee, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the recommendation of the Finance
and Safety Committee as to establishing an appropriate wage rate for the City Attorney,
and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to amend Appendix "A" to add the wage
rate for the City Attorney classification.
NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA,
WASHINGTON, DO HEREBY RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:
Section 1. Amended Salary Schedule. The salary schedule attached hereto as
Appendix "A and by this reference thereto incorporated herein as if fully set forth, has
been amended.
