P.C. # 91 -518 Dear Ken, The Following is a response to your initial review letter dated January 9, 1992 and: • The comments respond to your numbered questions: 1) The classiFication of occupancy is a B -2. Larson -Juhl is a wholesale distributor oF picture Frames (wood and metal) and matting productions (display board, matte board) and Framing accessories Changers, clips, etc.). The pre - milled long pieces of picture Frame molding is received, sorted, and stored into the "A" Frame rack system. Stores then call in For speciFic lengths and/or picture Frame sizes and then the particular Frame material is cut to size. The sized Frame materials are inspected and then wrapped and packaged For shipping. There are 5 saw stations (2 metal, .3.wood) which have pre -set '5 °mitter cutting blades For tFe finished cuts. This is not a milling operation, nor sanding and Finishing, but merely cutting molding at L15°to speciFic lengths. A dust collector will be used which has a small capacity storage bags (8.5 cu. Ft. total) For dust and metal shavings. An overhead duct system will be used with Flex drops to each saw. I Felt that with the limited amount oF wood to be cut Cpicture Frames) that this would not produce a great quantity of dust a (rereFore should not be a problem. CAN t.
