Electrical permit shall be obtained through the Washington State Division of Labor and Industries and all electrical work will be inspected by that agency (277- 7272). 3. All permits, inspection records 'and approved plans shall be posted at the job site prior to the start of any construction. 4. Engineered truss drawings and calculations shall be on site and available to the building inspector for inspection purposes. Documents shall bear the seal and signature of a Washington State Professional Engineer. 5. Mayor RE: Peterson Single Family Residence, Access Improvements Dear Mr. Peterson: This letter will serve to document our previous discussions concerning applicable Public Works permits and required backup information. With regard to your Access Permit, we still require the following: 1. A satisfactory scaled site plan which shows: A. All property lines and lengths, including access easements for the parcels involved. B. Locations and distances between property lines and /or existing and proposed features including - buildings, access (driveways), sidewalks, curbs, existing paved or graveled roads within public right -of -way, drainage ditches and nearest fire hydrant location. Remember that your access will need to be paved or constructed of concrete for a distance of at least 20 feet from the edge of existing paved road within the public right -of -way. C. A note on the plan that the driveway will be constructed in accordance with City standards. D. Adjacent north -south and east -west bearing streets or distances to same so that the parcel may be readily located. A suitable vicinity map may be included on the site plan if it is of sufficient detail to locate the parcel. 2. A completed Utility Permit Application which indicates that a Curb Cut /Access /Sidewalk Permit is being requested along with six (6) sets of site plans. 3. Copies of recorded access easements between neighboring property owners where common use is being proposed. (You can furnish this at a later date once Public Works has approved your initial proposal). If you estimate that the land altering activity will involve more than 50 cubic yards of cut /fill /grading combined, you will need a Land Altering Permit.
