Mayor Van Dusen called the Special Meeting of the Tukwila City
Council to order and led the audience and the City Councilmembers
in the Pledge of Allegiance.
ROLL CALL OF JOE H. DUFFIE (COUNCIL PRESIDENT), EDGAR D. BAUCH, WENDY A. MORGAN,
COUNCIL MEMBERS CHARLES E. SIMPSON, MARILYN G. STOKNES.
OFFICIALS IN Maxine Anderson (City Clerk), Ross Earnst (City Engineer),
ATTENDANCE Jim Haney (City Attorney), Don Morrison (City Administrator),
Don Williams (Direct or of Parks and Recreation).

ADJOURNMENT
7:06 P.M.
MOVED BY MORGAN, SECONDED BY DUFFIE, THAT COUNCILMEMBER HARRIS BE
EXCUSED FROM THE MEETING. MOTION CARRIED.
The Oath of Office was issued by City Clerk Maxine Anderson to
James J. McKenna, candidate elected by the City Council to fill
the vacant position created by the resignation of Councilmember
Doris Phelps.
MOVED BY DUFFIE, SECONDED BY SIMPSON, THAT THE SPECIAL MEETING OF
THE TUKWILA CITY COUNCIL ADJOURN. MOTION CARRIED.
