REPEALED BY ORD 368
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF TUKWILA FIXING THE RATE OF
CHARGES TO BE MADE FOR WATER USED IN FIRE HYDRANTS
as follows:
SECTION 1. That the Town of Tukwila shall pay to the Tukwila
mater Department the sum of Three Dollars(3.00) per month for
water furnished to each fire hydrant in the Town of Tukwila.
The charge herein fixed is a flat rate ana shall be payable monthly.
SECTION 2. That this ordinance shall be in full force and
effect from and after its passage, approval and publication as
provided by law.
PASSED the Town Council and APPROVED by THIS 3RD DAY OF JULY 1961
