KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENT: That R HOUSE CONSTRUCTION, INC., a licensed
corporation operating in the State of Washington, being the fee owner of the following described
property:
BEGINNING AT A POINT 180.6 FEET SOUTH AND 237.63 EAST OF THE NORTHWEST
CORNER OF LOT 56, RIVERSIDE INTERURBAN TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 10 OF PLATS, PAGE 74, RECORDS OF KING

NOTE: Also illustrated on attached exhibit A.
PURPOSE: This easement is for the sole purpose of construction, repair, and/or maintenance of a
water line for Lot 2 of City of Tukwila short plat #L06 -013.
BENEFIT: The above described easement is hereby dedicated for the use and benefit of Lot 2 of
City of Tukwila short plat #L06 -013 and the owners of Lot 2 thereof, their heirs, successors,
and/or assigns, and said easement shall be deemed a covenant running with the land.
MAINTENANCE: All maintenance, repair, and /or re- installation of water line utility shall be the
sole responsibility of the owner(s) of the lot serviced by the water line utility. When said
maintenance is performed within the easement, the disturbed land areas shall be returned to their
condition prior to such maintenance.
IN WITNESS WHE the above named owner(s) have hereunto set his hand and seal this
