such additional area immediately adjacent to the easement as shall be required
for the construction and repair es may be required of the sewer pipeline.
3rd - Ths cost of construction of said sewer shall be borne b' the owners of the

•th — The cost of maintenance, repair or reconathction of that portion of the sewer
used in common shall be borne in equal shares, except.: that the owners of any lower parcel
shall not be responsible for the part of the sever above their connection; and when nec—
essary to repair, clean or reconstruct the sewer, the parties to this agreement shall have
a right of entry for that purpose.
5th - This agreement shall be a covenant running with the land and shall be binding
upon all parties, their heirs and assigns forever.
