STATUTORY WARRANTY DEED
GRANTOR: RHODIA INC.. a Delaware corporation, for and in consideration of ten
dollars (S10.00) and other valuable consideration in hand paid, conveys and warrants to
CONTAINER PROPERTIES, LLC.. a Washington limited liability company, the
following described real property and improvements commonly known as 9229 E.
Marginal Way S. Tukwila, King County, Washington, and legally described on the
attached Exhibit "A."
This conveyance is made by Grantor and accepted by Grantee, subject to the exceptions to
title described on Exhibit B attached hereto.
The true consideration for this conveyance is five million two hundred fifty thousand
dollars (S5,250,000.00).
