Additional Property The lien of the Deed of Trust is hereby spread so as to cover the Additional Property To that end, Borrower hereby irrevocably grants, bargains, sells and conveys to U S Bank Trust Company, National Association ( "Trustee "), in trust with power of sale and right of entry and possession, for the benefit of Lender, the Additional Property, together with all 112187-5149/S13020720 3601 PAGE 1 hxacutson Copy 2.
