QUITCLAIM DEED.
KEITH H. HANSON and LORRAINE E. HANSON, husband and wife, Grantors, of King County,
State of Washington, hereby QUITCLAIM to KEITH H. HANSON and LORRAI� E HANSON,
Trustees of the HANSON FAMILY REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST, dated the day of June,
1992, Grantees, for the sum of TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), the following described tract of land
located in KING County, State of WASHINGTON together with any after acquired title, subject to
any encumbrances owed thereon, to-wit:
Lots three (3) and four (4), Block two (2), Second Addition to Adams Home Tracts as
recorded in Volume 12 of Plats, page 90, records of King County, Washington,
EXCEPT the North 135 feet of the West 68 feet of Lot Three (3).
Subject to easements, restricdons and reservations of record, if any.
