KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: That Gurdip Singh and Sukhbir K Grewal, husband and wife,
being the fee owner of the following described property:
PARCEL A, CITY OF TUKWILA LOT LINE ADJUSTMENT NUMBER L04 -014 RECORDED UNDER
KING COUNTY RECORDING NUMBER 20040609900008 ; DESCRIBED AS LOT 18, BLOCK 6,
ADAMS HOME TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 11 OF
PLATS, PAGE 31, RECORDS OF KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON; AND NORTH 115.00 FEET OF
THE WEST HALF OF LOT 17, BLOCK 6, ADAMS HOME TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT
THEREFORE RECORDED IN VOLUME 11 OF PLATS, PAGE 31 RECORDS OF KING

Do hereby declare, convey and dedicate easement over, under, across and through said premises for Water
line utility and its maintenance easement as follows;
LEGAL DECRIPTION OF WATER LINE UTILITY AND ITS MAINTENANCE EASEMENT:
The South 7 feet of the west 25 feet of the east 45 feet; of parcel A, city of Tukwila Lot line adjustment
number L04 -014 recorded under King County recording Number 20040609900008 .
Note: Also illustrated on attached Exhibit "A ".
PURPOSE:
This easement is for the sole purpose of construction, repair, or /and maintenance of water line for lots
#1,2,3 of short plat #L04 -015 of City of Tukwila.
BENEFITS:
The above - described easement is herby dedicated for the use and benefits for lots #1,2,3 of short plat #L04-
015 of City of Tukwila and the owner or owners of lots 1,2,and 3 thereof, their heirs, successors, and
assigns; and said easement shall be deemed a covenant running with the land.
EXCISE TAX NOT REQUIRED

MAINTENANCE:
All maintenance, repair, and/re- installation of water line/lines shall be the sole responsibility of the
owner(s) of the lot serviced by the water line. When said maintenance is performed within the easement,
the disturbed land areas shall be substantially returned to their condition prior to such maintenance.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the above named owners have here -unto set his hand and seal this 2 day of
