Note: Also illustrated on attached Exhibit "A ". PURPOSE: This easement is for the sole purpose of construction, repair, or /and maintenance of water line for lots #1,2,3 of short plat #L04 -015 of City of Tukwila. BENEFITS: The above - described easement is herby dedicated for the use and benefits for lots #1,2,3 of short plat #L04- 015 of City of Tukwila and the owner or owners of lots 1,2,and 3 thereof, their heirs, successors, and assigns; and said easement shall be deemed a covenant running with the land.
