4. For and in consideration of Ten Dollars and Other Good and Valuable
Consideration, Ringler hereby grants, conveys, and sets over unto Marsh a nonexclusive,
perpetual easement over, along, and across the following described real property:
THAT PORTION OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE
NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 27, TOWNSHIP 23 NORTH,
RANGE 4 EAST, W.M., IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON
DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS:
BEGINNING AT A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID
SUBDIVISION NORTH 89°59'10" WEST 956.10 FEET FROM THE
NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF;

5. Grantees use of the above - described easement shall be limited to ingress
and egress for fire and/or emergency vehicles. Grantee shall install and maintain aka

6. Grantor agrees not to fence, gate, block or otherwise obstruct the
easement, or permit the parking or standing of vehicles in such a manner as to prevent
access to emergency vehicles in and to the Grantee's property.
7. This easement shall run with the land and shall inure to and bind the heirs,
successors, devisees, and assigns of the parties hereto.
