AN ORDINANCE OF THE TOWN OF TUKWILA APPLYING A ZONING TO M
AREA ANNEXED TO THE TOWN OF TUKWILA UNDER ORDINANCE NO. 314.
WHEREAS, on May 1, 1961, the Tukwila Town Council, acting upon
the recommendation of the Tukwila Planning Commission, applied a
zoning of R :1 -9.6, as defined in Tukwila Ordinance No. 251, to the
area annexed to the Town of Tukwila under Ordinance No. 314;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Tukwila Town Council
as follows:
SECTION 1. That R -1 -9.6 Zoning, as described in Tukwila Town
Ordinance No. 251, be applied to the tract of land annexed to
Tukwila under Ordinance No. 314 and described as follows:
Tract 23, Sunrise View Addition, unrecorded, including the
east 30' between the said Tract 23 and the present Tukwila
town limits, better known as the west half of 53rd Avenue
South; excepting that portion required for Freeway right
of way,
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
Washington.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance shall be in effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as provided by law.
PASSED this 5th day of June, 1961.

ordinance No. 251 be applied to the tract of land annexed to
Tukwila under Ordinance No. 514 and described as follows:
Tract 23, Sunrise View A unrecorded, including the
east 30' between the said Tract 23 and the present Tukwila
town limits, better known as the west half of 53rd Avenue
South; exceptIng that portion required for Freeway right
of way,
all of which lies within the corporate limits of the Town of Tukwila,
Washington.
SECTION 2. That this Ordinance Shall be in effect from and
after its passage, approval and publication as proviif,ed by law.
