consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1, The owner of the above described land do define, grant and convey to the present and the future owners (grantee) of
the land described as follows:

60, RIVERSIDE INTERURBAN TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF

An exclusive perpetual Sanitary Sewer Easement over, across, along, in upon and under that portion of said grantors

INTERURBAN TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THEREOF RECORDED IN VOLUME I0 OF PLATS,
PAGE 74, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON;
EXCEPT THE WEST 8 PEET OF THE NORTH 40 FEET THEREOF.
2. This easement is for the sole purpose of the construction, use and maintenance of a Sanitary Sewer Line, together
with the right of ingress and ogress for said construction, use and maintenance.
3. Grantee shall install said Sanitary Sewer Line - its solo cost and expense and shall continue to maintain and shall
continue to bear all cost of repair and maintenance or repair of said Sanitary Sower Line.
4. Grantee shall hold Grantor han nless from and against any and all claims which may be made against grantor arising
out of the installation, operation, maintenance or repair of said Sanitary Sewer Line.
5. The amount and type of maintenance to be performed on any utility shall be determined by the majority vote of the
low owners using the utility. Each lot shall have one vote regardless of the number of owners owning any lot. The
utilities shall at all times be maintained adequately to provide the necessary utility service.
6. The herein easement and agreement may be amended only with the written agreement of the Grantee herein.
This easement agreement shall run with the land and shall bc.binding on all parties having or acquiring any right, title
or interest in the land described herein or any part thereof.
