consideration, in hand paid, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, the parties hereto agree as follows:
1. The owner of the above described land do define, grant and convey to the present and the future owners (grantee) of
the land described as follows: '

An exclusive perpetual Storm Water Easement over, across, along, in upon and under that portion of said grantors land
described as follows:

THE EAST 25 FEET THE NORTH 114 FEET OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PARCEL:
THE WEST 68.65 FEET OF THE EAST 188.65 FEET OF THE SOUTH 217.65 FEET OF TRACT 60, RIVERSIDE
INTERURBAN TRACTS, ACCORDING TO THE PLAT THERIIOF RECORDED IN VOLUME 10 OF PLATS,
PAGE 74, IN KING COUNTY, WASHINGTON;
EXCEPT THE WEST 8 FEET OF THE NORTH 40 FEET THEREOF.
2. This easement is forthe sole purpose of the construction, use and maintenance of a Storm Water Line, together with
the right of ingress and egress for said construction, use and maintenance.
3. Grantee shall install said Storm Water Line - its sole cost and expense and shall continue to maintain and shall
continue to bear all cost of repair and maintenance or repair of said Storm Water Line.
4. Grantee shall hold Grantor harmless from and against any and a I claims which may be made against grantor arising
out of the installation, operation, maintenance or repair of said Storm Water Line.
5. The amount and type ofmaintenance to be performed on any utility shall be determined by the majority vote of the
low owners using the utility. Each lot shall have one vote regardless of the number of owners owning any lot. The
utilities shall at all times be maintained adequately to provide the Necessary utility service.
6. The herein easement and agreement may be amended only with the written agreement of the Grantee herein.
This casement agreement shall run with the land and shall be binding on all parties having or acquiring any right, title
or interest in the land described herein or any part thereof.
