Memorandum of Assignment of Lease
This Memorandum of Assignment of Lease, dated February 16, 1996 for reference
purposes only. by and between Duane A. Wells and Gertrude A. Wells, husband and wife, and
Val Baln, a single person. herein collectively. 'Lessor and Tosco Corporation, a Nevada
corporation ('Assignee)
WITNESSETH THAT ,
The Leasehold interest of Lessee nder that certain Lease dated May 9 1906, a

and Management Group, Inc., a Washington corporation, Kiromars Khoraml and Chitra
Khoraml, husband and wife, Robert Clark and Maryam Clark, husband and wife, Mansor
r4 Baghshomall and Effat Baghshomall, husband and wife, and Michael Faulkner, a single
tro man. collectively, 'Lessee therein and "Assignor herein. for the lease of certain real property
41 located at: 6700 Southcenter Boulevard.. Tukwila, Washington. legally described on Exhibit A
attached hereto, (herein the 'Lease) has been assigned to Assignee.

cr consideration received by Lessor from Assignee, having consented to the assignment does hereby

demise. tease and let to Assignee upon and subject to the terms. conditions, rentals and
covenants set forth In the Lease as may be amended from time to time, the Property legally
described on Exhibit A attached hereto.
To have and to hold the same for a term of fifteen (15) years which commenced on
February 15, 1988 and which will end on February 15, 2011 unless sooner terminated or further
extended as provided for or permitted by the Lease.
