described tract(s) of land;
JOINT MAINTENANCE AG2EEMENT

do hereby establish this Agreement and convey unto all present and
future owners, their heirs and assigns, of all or any of the foregoing
described tract(s) of land, the maintenance of the easements) granted
and conveyed in Tukwila Short Subdivision # 9 t ' t'o , as
described below.
Stocmvater: It is agreed that the cost of any repair or
maintenance for the storm drainage pipe within the easement shall be
the joint responsibility . of all parties.
This Agreement shall be binding upon all present and future owners
of the parcels created under the aforementioned document t
