That said Grantor for and in consideration of Mutual benefit and/or other valuable consideration of which is hereby
acknowledged by said Grantor, do by these presents grant, bargain, sell, convey, and confirm forever unto the said
Grantee, its successors and/or assigns, an easement for ingress, egress, and utilities with necessary appurtenances, over,
through, under, across and upon the following described property situated in King County, Washington, more
particularly described as follows
The south half of that portion of Lot 12, Seattle Land Company's 5 Acre Tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded
in Volume 6 of Plats, page 90, in King County, Washington, lying easterly of Macadam Road (former State Road)
Said Easement described as follows
The south 20 feet of the west 150 feet of the above described parcel
This easement shall be a covenant running with the land forever
