1. TOdd agrees to pay for any and all cuts incurred
under this agreement including, but not limited to, engineering

: • 10. This agreement shall be executed in two counterparts,

each of which shall be regarded for all purposes as one original. .
Each party agrees that it will execute any and all deeds, easements,

necessary to give effect to the terms of this agreement.
11. In addition to the remedies provided by law, this
agreement shall be specifically enforceble by either party. In
the event Tukwila commences suit to enforce this egreement.or any
part of the agreement Todd agrees to pay reasonable attorney fees
