CLS Financial Services, LLC, being the Owners of the following described real
property, situated in King County, City of Tukwila, Washington:
Block 4, lots 6 and 7, Adams Home Tracts Addition, as per Plat Recorded
in Volume 11 of Plats, Page 31, Records of King County;
Except the North 120 feet of Lot 7;
Now therefore, the Owners hereby relinquish an easement recorded under
Auditor's File No. 6613683, Records of King County, for road and utility purposes
