of beginnings
thence Northerly parallel with the West line of said Tract 4, a distance
of 199.25 feet'

148 feet Southerly of the Northwest corner thereof=
thenoe Southerly to the Southwest corner of said Tract 4;
thence Easterly to.the true point of beginning.
Purchaser agrees to assume en existing Mortgage now in favor of Grantor
in the approximate mount of $18,559.88, and agrees to pay said Mortgage
according to its own terms and conditions.
