I. Purpose. Grantee shall have the right to construct. operate, maintain. repair. replace and enlarge in underground
electric transmission and/or dLatrlbution system upon and under the Rlght•af•Way together with 111 necessary or convenient
.appurtenances Uterdor, which may Include but are not limited to the following: underground conduits. cabiea. communication
lines: vaults. manholes. switches. and transformers: and semt•burted or ground mounted facilities. Following the initial coin
stuctlon of Its facilities. Grantee may from time to time construct such additional facilities as It may rewire.
2. Access. Grantee shall have he rlghtofaccessto the Right-of-Way over and across he Pr•erty to enable Grantee to
exercise Its rights hereunder. pr vlded,tnat Cranteeshallcompetsate Grantor for any damage to the Property caused by the
exercise of said Agin of access.
3. Obstructions: Ludscapinr. Grantee may from time to time remove trees, bushes. or other °bOt i ions within the

Rlgnt-of•Way whim would Interfere with the exercise of the rights herein granted: that no digging. tunneling or other form
of construction activity shall be done on the Property wnlch would disturb the compaction or unearth armies's facilities on
the Rfghtof•Way. or endanger the lateral support to said facilities; and that no blasting shall be done within 75 feet of the
Rlght•of•Way.
5. Indemnity. 3y sccepting end recording this easement. Grantee sprees to indemnify ad hold harmless Grantor from
any and sll claims for damages suffered by any person widen may be caused by Grantee's exercise of the rights herein
drsnlbd; provided. that Grantee snail not be responsible to Grantor for any damages resulting from injuries to any person
caused by acts or omissions of Grantor.
