Whereas, the easement for ingress, egress and utilities established in Tukwila Boundary
Line Adjustment Number 198-0030 and recorded under King County Recording Number

TOGETHER WITH the easement for ingress, egress and utilities established in Tukwila
Short Plat L99-0004, shall be equally used and maintained by Parcels 1 and 2 of Tukwila
® Short Plat L99-0004
Owners of said parcels shall,
1 ) Jointly and mutually maintain the easements described above so that it may
continue to be used for joint ingress, egress and utilities
2) This maintenance agreement shall be binding upon the parties of ownership
and assigns, successors in interest, heirs, executors and administrators for all
