SUBJECT: Finance and Safety Committee 2015 Work Plan
ISSUE
Review the tentative Finance and Safety Committee 2015 Work Plan.
BACKGROUND
A schedule of tentative agenda items has been developed to --
1. Inform the Committee of items under consideration for 2015,
2. Determine the completeness and appropriateness of the items under consideration,
3. To align work plan items with 2015-2016 priorities and the strategic goals,
4. To ensure time sensitive issues come before the Committee in a timely manner, and
5. To distribute the agenda items through-out the year and among meetings to achieve a
balance whenever possible.
FINANCIAL IMPACT
None.
DISCUSSION
The tentative Finance and Safety 2015 Work Plan submitted with this memorandum is
preliminary. The agenda will be developed further as the year progresses and updates will be
presented to the Committee periodically.
