fer and in considcruion of Ten Dollars and other good and valuable consideration
in hand paid, conveys and werrants to ALFRED PALmER and BARBARA PALMER, his wife,
the fallowing described real estate, situated in the County of King
Washington:
That portion of Tract 61, Riverside Interurban Tracts, according
to plat recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, page 74, records of King
County, Washington, described as follows: Beginning at a point
on the cast line of said tract which is 290.2 feet north from the
southeast corner of said tract; thence north along said east line
to the 'northeast corner of said tract; thence west along the north
line of said tract 380 feet; thence south parallel with the east
line of said tract 145.14 feet,nore or less, to a line which is
parallel to the south line of said tract and which line intersects
the point of beginning; thence east along said parallel line 380
feet, more or less, to point of beginning;
EXCEPT portion deeded to King County for road purposes by deed
recorded March 4, 1964, under Auditor's File No. 5706313.
SUBJECT to Easement or right of way as recorded under Auditor's
File No. 1383557; and Right to :'akemcessary slopes for cuts and
fills as granted to Kin„ County by Decd recorded under Auditor's
File No. 5706313.
