ror and In consideration of one dollar (11.00) and other valuable
considerations, the receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, grants
and conveys to GRANTEES, VAL VUE SEWER DISTRICT, King County, Washington,
a Municipal Corporation, an easement and right -of -way, over, across,
along, through, and under the following described property situated in
King County, Washington, to wit:
Sanitary Sewer Easement
A strip of land being the north 50 fr, of the east 10 feet of the west 30 feet of the
vest 68.65 feet of the east 188.65 feet of the south 217.65 feet; together with the
south '10 feet of the north 50 feet of the west 20 feet of the west 68.65 feet of
the east 18.65 feet of th.i south 217.65 feet; all within the west 68.65 feet of the
east 188.65 feet of the south 217.65 feet,of tract 60, Riverside Interurban,
tracts, according to the plat thereof recorded in volume 11 of plate. page 74,
records of King County, Washington; except the west 8 feet of the north 40 feet
thereof.
