• 60% visited more than

• 39% response rate
General Findings
• Average residency: over 14 years
• Median residency: 8 years
• Owner occupied: 76 %, overwhelmingly single family
• Average number of people in the household: 2.89
• 63% indicated they intend to live in the neighborhood in 5
years
• Less than 10% indicated they spoke a language other than
English at home

• Higher response closer to the rail yard
