QUIT CLAIM DEED
THE GRANTOR, King County Water District No. 125, successor in interest to the Riverton Water
Company, For and in consideration of relinquishment of easement recorded under recording
number 1388557.
Conveys and quit claims to Secure Capital Investments #2, LLC, the following described real estate.
That certain right -or -way or waterline easement more particularly described
under recording number 1388557, granted to the Riverton Water Company
along the north line of Tract 61, Riverside Interurban Tracts, according to
the Plat thereof recorded in Volume 10 of Plats, at page 74, records of King
County, Washington.
Situate in the County of King, State of Washington , together with all after
acquired title of the grantor(s) therein. See attached I gal Exhibit "A ".
