is herewith amended to allow retention of said area as a private easement for ingress, egress and utilities
until such time as requested by the City Of Tukwila. Upon City request, said easement area shall be
conveyed to the City Of Tukwila under the following provisions:
The dedication will be to provide alternate access between South 150°i Street and South 152 "d Street.
The value of the property will be credited against the proportionate fair share cost for future street
improvements.
